Readymix is a second generation family business, owned and managed by Nicholas Cocks and Jonathon Cocks.

In 2010 Readymix generated sales of SGD50m.

Readymix employs approximately 500 people.

Readymix has operations in Brunei (Readymix Concrete (B) Sdn Bhd) and Vietnam (Readymix Concrete Vietnam JSC), with Readymix Holdings International Pte Ltd being a registered company and headquartered in Singapore.
